Pinball Warranty – Play With Confidence

Every pinball machine we sell — whether brand new or lovingly restored — comes with a 1-month back-to-base Canberra warranty. That way you can test and know your Pinball knowing it’s been properly flipping.

Our warranty covers the whole machine from flippers to backbox. No awkward conversations, no “sorry, that’s not covered.” If it’s part of the machine and we worked on it, it’s covered. Simple as that.

We stand behind our machines because we put a lot of effort into getting them dialled in and playing perfectly the first time.

Our goal is simple: you get a fantastic machine, have a great experience, and feel confident recommending us to your fellow pinball fans.

If you’re outside Canberra, no problem — we can also help organise trusted pinball technicians if possible to assist when needed. 

Please note:
All brand-new machines also include the manufacturer’s factory warranty. 

That’s what we call real peace-of-mind pinball ownership.

Please NOTE - that a few machines are SOLD AS because they not fully restored. These are some of the cheaper older machines that still need a bit of tender loving care to finish them off. It will be noted in the relevant marketing or just ask.
